Not only did the Democrats take back the Governor’s seat with Michelle Lujan Grisham’s big win over Steve Pearce, but the entire congressional delegation is now blue. And, there were plenty of firsts in the midterms as well, highlighted by Deb Haaland’s win in the first congressional district, making her one of the first female Native Americans ever to serve in the U.S. Congress.
