Sections of Albuquerque Have Been “In the Dark”

May 17, 2019 – Unlit streetlights can be a big problem—with fatal consequences.  KUNM’s Marisa Demarco has been tracking problems in Albuquerque for years and produced “In the Dark,” a series of reports on the connection between broken streetlights and pedestrian deaths in Albuquerque’s International District. She joins NMiF Senior Producer Matt Grubs to talk about the issue.
