State lawmakers did not vote on capital outlay funding in this year’s legislative session. That put projects around New Mexico in limbo. Business leaders and others called for the legislature to meet in a special session to address this issue, but Governor Martinez says lawmakers need a viable deal before she would call them back to Santa Fe.
