Update on Arrest of Militia Member in Southern New Mexico

Peter Simonson, Executive Director of the ACLU of New Mexico talks about the recent FBI arrest of a militia member over the weekend. Larry Mitchell Hopkins is the head of the United Constitutional Patriots. His charges relate to accusations his group is holding migrant border crosses at gunpoint in southern New Mexico.
