The Line: Winter Storms Hurt New Mexico Farmers and Ranchers

January 8, 2015 – A storm in late December brought heavy snow to many parts of the state. Dairy farmers in west Texas and New Mexico are reporting that they lost thousands of cows in the storm. Could more extreme winter weather this year lead to even greater economic losses for industries across New Mexico?
