November 6, 2015 – Violence is on the mind of many New Mexicans right now. The recent shooting death of four-year-old Lilly Garcia in a road rage incident and the death of Albuquerque police officer Daniel Webster have people talking about how to address both violence and repeat offenders who commit violent crimes.
