The Line: Two APD Officers will go to Trial for Boyd Shooting
August 21, 2015 – A judge ruled this week that two APD officers, Keith Sandy and Dominique Perez, will go to trial for their role in the shooting death of James Boyd in 2014. Boyd was a homeless man with mental illness who died during a standoff with police in the foothills of Albuquerque.
