The Line: New Administration Address APD Reform

March 23, 2018 – A public court hearing was held last week in the case that aims to reform the Albuquerque Police Department. It was the first hearing since Mayor Tim Keller and Police Chief Mike Geier took office. Many expressed optimism with the new administration’s approach to the reforms. Is that optimism justified?
