December 7, 2018 – CNN recently reported on a practice in some police departments, including here in New Mexico, of prematurely destroying rape kits. Host Gene Grant and the Line opinion panelists discuss how policies are changing in response to the CNN investigation, and look at possible legislation that may be reintroduced in the next session.
