April 8, 2016 – Former Senator Phil Griego this week pleaded not guilty to ten criminal counts of corruption, including fraud and bribery – and Judge David Thompson became the ninth judge set to preside over the case as previous judges either recused themselves or were excused by Griego’s lawyer.
