The Line: FEMA Funds Not Released By State

September 16, 2016 – Some small business owners say their companies may go under because the state has not released millions of dollars in FEMA funds that were sent to the state after past natural disasters. Environmental journalist Laura Paskus reported on the issue recently for KUNM (State Holds Back Disaster Money) and the Santa Fe Reporter (Business Disaster).
