The Line: Federal Government Seizes Gaming Revenue From The Pueblo Of Pojoaque & Reaction To March For Our Lives Rallies

March 30, 2018 – During the time the Pueblo of Pojoaque was operating without a gaming compact, while terms were being negotiated, the Pueblo was instructed to set aside the money that would have been paid to the state if a signed compact was in place. The federal government has now seized that money. The tribe argues that those funds should be used to support tribal members. Gene Grant and the Line opinion panel discuss the disagreement over the gaming compact, politics around the issue and what might be next.
