The Line: Ethics Oversight For Elected Officials

October 2, 2015 – A committee of lawmakers met this week to discuss the possible impeachment of Secretary of State Dianna Duran.  In August, New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas filed 64 charges against Duran, including money laundering, embezzlement and fraud. Duran pleaded not guilty.

Host Gene Grant and the Line opinion panelists discuss the latest calls for Secretary Duran to resign. They also debate proposals to increase ethics oversight for elected officials.
