The Line: Ethics Commission Legislation

October 5, 2018 – If the voters approve Constitutional Amendment 2 in November, New Mexico will get its first independent ethics commission.  Lawmakers and others are already at work drafting legislation to establish this oversight body, which may help bolster trust in state government if it is approved. Gene Grant and the Line opinion panelists discuss this possible legislation at look at other efforts to bring more transparency to New Mexico government.
