The Line: Blame Game

November 13, 2015 – Albuquerque Police Chief Gordon Eden spoke with KOB-TV this week about the 10 day rule. That rule went into effect earlier this year and requires that evidence in felony cases is turned over to the district attorney within 10 days. Chief Eden placed part of the blame for recent high profile crimes on the new requirement.

Host Gene Grant and this week’s Line opinion panelists discuss the 10 day rule and crime in the state’s largest city. Also this week, producer Sarah Gustavus talks about violent crime with Attorney General Hector Balderas.
