The Line: APD Monitor Releases First Report

December 11, 2015 – The independent monitor for reforms in the Albuquerque Police Department released his first report late last week. James Ginger says there is still no agreement on a new use of force policy for officers, which was a key part of the agreement between the city and the Department of Justice.
