November 20, 2015 – Campaign finance remains a hot topic lately in New Mexico. This week, KOB-TV aired a five-part series on the state’s campaign finance system and raised questions about how campaign donations are tracked and reported by state lawmakers. The Santa Fe New Mexican also recently reported on numerous companies set up by Jay McCleskey, a close adviser to Governor Susana Martinez, to allegedly conceal the sources of campaign donations to some candidates.
