November 30, 2018 – The Fourth National Climate Assessment was released recently, and a major focus of the report is on the economic costs of climate change. The study also found that Native communities and poor and underserved populations are more at risk from the effects of a changing climate. How can a state so reliant on revenue from fossil fuels do its best to reduce the emission of greenhouse gasses?
