September 20, 2019 – President Trump’s rally in New Mexico this week is the first step in the reelection campaign’s plan to turn New Mexico red in 2020. It was also a chance for the president to try to connect with Hispanic and Native American voters. September 20, 2019 – This week, President Donald Trump made his first visit to New Mexico since the 2016 elections. His campaign believes it can turn our state red in the 2020 elections, in part by appealing to Hispanic voters. We hear some of what the president had to say to the crowd at the Santa Ana Star Center as well as the supporters who spent hours in line to attend the president’s rally.
