Should NM Legalize Cannabis?

January 25, 2019 – Will New Mexico become the 11th state to legalize marijuana? A majority of New Mexicans support the idea and so, potentially, does the new Democratic governor, Michelle Lujan Grisham. This week Gwyneth Doland sits down with state Sen. Jerry Ortiz y Pino, one of the sponsors of a bill that he hopes will finally become law.
