    One panelist mentioned teenage girls who didn’t know about menstruation. When I was in the fifth grade here in Albuquerque in the 1950s, boys and girls were separately shown filmstrips on the basics of sexual maturation and reproduction. Is basic sex education taught in today’s elementary schools ?
