Race to Replace Deb Haaland’s Vacated Seat


March 19, 2021 – Deb Haaland’s historic confirmation as the next Interior Secretary of the United States means there will have to be a special election to replace her in the U.S. House of Representatives. But, before that can happen on June 1, the central committees of the state’s political parties will choose the candidates.  Gene Grant and The Line panelists discuss party front runners and look at their hopes for the newly minted Interior Secretary.
