Preparing for Wildfire Season

Forecasters predict that spring and summer this year in New Mexico will be wetter than normal. That’s a good thing for many reasons, such as reducing the likelihood that the state will see large forest fires this season.

But state forester Tony Delfin told NMiF producer Sarah Gustavus that now is not the time for residents or fire managers to relax.
