NM Governor Approves Historic Budget, Executive Action on Hydrogen & Weather Modification

This week on New Mexico in Focus, a Russian-American living here in New Mexico is working to raise awareness and support for the innocent people fighting for their lives in Ukraine. He shares the one issue that he thinks is standing in the way of peace. And, Ebony Isis Booth Introduces us to visual artist Frank Blazquez who takes us through his vision for his documentary series “Duke City Diaries.”

The Line Opinion Panel takes up the state’s record-setting budget and debates some controversial items Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham specifically eliminated from the legislature’s spending plan. Plus, a deeper look at the Governor’s recent executive action on Hydrogen as an international company announces multi-million-dollar plans for Albuquerque.
