The excitement about a new cannabis industry in New Mexico is palpable, as we learned in our last episode of “Growing Forward.” But, the questions about how it will all work as just as plentiful. In this episode we learn more about the timeline for rulemaking and the issuing of licenses. We also talk to some folks interested in getting into the business as well as folks lining up to offer a helping hand… at a cost. We also talk to law enforcement officials about the different approaches they will need to take and how they plan to navigate this new era in New Mexico.
