Mexico City Copes With COVID-19

June 12, 2020 – New Mexico in Focus has been devoting time each week to checking in with journalists across the state and the region, to see how COVID-19 is affecting our different communities. This week, we head across the border to catch up with former NMiF co-host David Alire Garcia. He’s a Mexico City-based correspondent with Reuters. Correspondent Laura Paskus talks with David about the local impact of COVID-19 and how what happens in Mexico is so directly tied to many issues here in the Land of Enchantment.
