Mayoral Candidate Alexander Uballez on Crime, Housing in Albuquerque

9.12.2025 – Alexander Uballez was the U.S. Attorney for New Mexico until President Trump asked him to step down earlier this year. As a progressive challenger in this year’s mayor race, Uballez is asked whether his time as a chief federal law enforcement officer would inform his priorities leading Albuquerque.
