Fracking across New Mexico

On the next New Mexico in Focus, we look at fracking across New Mexico. Producer Sarah Gustavus sits down with local community activists from the Navajo Nation and Mora County. They share concerns about what hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, could do to the water and land in their communities.

Correspondent Gwyneth Doland moderates a discussion this week on safety concerns about fracking with Wally Drangmeister from the New Mexico Mexico Oil & Gas Association and Erik Schlenker-Goodrich from the Western Environmental Law Center.

Host Gene Grant and this week’s Line opinion panelists discuss fracking and access to the overdose drug naloxone.
