Fort Sill Apache Tribe Seeks Gaming Compact

The New Mexico Supreme Court recently rejected a petition from the Fort Sill Apache Tribe that sought to require Governor Martinez to negotiate a gaming compact with the tribe.

NMiF producer Sarah Gustavus sat down with  Fort Sill Apache Tribal Chairman Jeff Haozous to talk about why the tribe wants to open a casino in New Mexico.
