Coronavirus Spike in New Mexico


October 9, 2020 Gene Grant and The Line opinion panel debate the effectiveness of New Mexico’s battle against the coronavirus. While the numbers looked good for a while, cases have started climbing alarmingly. Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, who is quarantining after being exposed to the virus, warned that the rise in cases could lead to a third round of restrictions. High school sports are already off the table for fall, the governor says, as she considers what her new public health order will look like when it’s announced next week.
