October 16, 2020 Gene Grant and The Line opinion panelists discuss the constitutional amendment that aims to reform the Public Regulation Commission. Created in 1996, the agency merged two separate bodies that had been governing corporations and utilities. It’s been beset by controversy and inefficiency since then. The group also looks at contributions to state legislative campaigns, and the influence of the oil and gas industry.
