Blue Cross Blue Shield Of New Mexico Exiting State Exchange

October 2, 2015 – Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico will not offer health insurance plans through the New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange in 2016. The company announced the decision last month after state officials declined to approve a request for a 51 percent rate increase.
