Albuquerque City Council Elections: District 4

September 11, 2015 – This week we focused on two races in the upcoming Albuquerque city council elections. Correspondent Gwyneth Doland sat down with the district 6 candidates. She also spoke with Israel Chavez. Chavez is running against incumbent city councilor Brad Winter for the district 4 seat.
