Wage Equity In Albuquerque

November 27, 2015 – This week we re-visit our conversation on wage equity with Martha Burk earlier this year. Burk played a key role in the implementation of the wage equity ordinance in Albuquerque, which is the first of its kind in the nation. Potential contractors now get a boost in the application process if they can demonstrate that they pay men and women equally when they are in similar roles.
