Web Extra: Wifi Lawsuit

An appeals court ruled this week on a case brought by a Santa Fe man who claims he has electromagnetic sensitivity. Arthur Firstenburg sued his neighbor for her use of wifi and a cell phone, but the appeals court and a lower court ruled that he did not have enough evidence.
