Membership Coordinator

New Mexico PBS at the University of New Mexico seeks candidates for a self-motivated Membership Coordinator with strong organizational and customer service skills for its Membership Department. Serves as department P Card holder and processes vendor payments and/or accounts payable. Prepares various correspondence and/or other types of contact with donors, clients and/or volunteers.


Minimum qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Prefered qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a customer service environment
2. Experience with UNM Purchasing/Accounts Payable and P-Card transaction processing
3. Working experience with Allegiance software or other database software packages.
4. Prior experience with handling confidential information.
5. Experience with PBS Pledge drives or other non-profit fundraising.
6. Knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet programs.

Salary
$11.25 - $15.00/hr

Broadcast Ops Tech

New Mexico PBS at the University of New Mexico seeks detail-oriented candidates for a Broadcast Operator position. Under general supervision, this position ensures continuity of broadcast programming and serviceability of equipment during operating hours. Maintains all required program and operational logs to demonstrate FCC compliance. Works on roster within a 7-day workweek, 19 hour per day operating schedule. Creates broadcasting program schedule; which schedules times, space and dates for broadcast coverage. Coordinates, orders and maintains logs on broadcast rights for programs aired.
Rigorously consistent and reliable attendance is a requirement of this position.
