General Manager & CEO
Under general direction, serves as the chief executive officer of the public television station, New Mexico PBS and associated activities including satellite and cable station operations. Provides leadership and direction in the areas of digital technology conversion, strategic development and funding programs and activities, and compliance with all rules and regulations governing public broadcasting entities. Works extensively in the community and with Federal, State, and local governments for the benefit of New Mexico PBS and its licensees.

TV Broadcast Operator
Under general supervision, sets up, operates, and monitors a range of television broadcast equipment for the television station KNME TV, in compliance with Federal Communication Commission rules and regulations. Works on roster within a 7-day per week, 19-hour per day operating schedule. Ensures continuity of broadcast signal and serviceability of equipment during operating hours. Maintains all required program and operational logs.

Television Transmission Engineer
Executes and/or coordinates the design, installation, and maintenance of all remote television transmitters, as well as all unstaffed station translator sites (32)and satellite sites distributed across the broadcasting area of the University’s public television station, New Mexico PBS (KNME-TV). Develops, manages, and coordinates construction projects and oversees ongoing technical operations for the station’s transmission network. Maintains documentation in accordance with FCC regulations and University policies and procedures.
