Under general supervision, coordinates the operating procedures for major, planned and/or special gift processing. Employs methods and systems to efficiently track funding of gifts to the annual fund as well as mission-identified projects. Assists with activities such as donor identification, cultivation, and stewardship, fundraising events, solicitation of gifts, sponsorships, and any other related activities. Assists multiple departments in arranging and staffing special fundraising events. Responds to donor inquiries with accurate and timely information. Participates in the development and review of operational policies and procedures and associated documentation, ensuring a high level of integrity on behalf of the organization. My provide guidance and training to staff and volunteers engaged in support activities as appropriate.

New Mexico PBS seeks candidates for its TV Producer/Director On Call pool. Successful candidates must be able to complete the required research and interviewing to meet New Mexico PBS’s production schedule for broadcast, print or the internet. Candidates should have a strong journalistic background, including knowledge of editorial and ethical standards for the research and development of stories or segments; the ability to independently research public affairs issues and develop story ideas; and be able to attend preproduction meetings to coordinate work efforts. In-depth knowledge of New Mexico’s social and political issues, experience working directly with community organizations, state leadership, and the general public, and professional experience working on-camera is a plus. This position is On-Call and is not benefits eligible.

KNME-TV at the University of New Mexico seeks candidates for a TV Producer/Director On Call pool. The successful applicant must have the ability to create and manage all elements for a short video production, including editing and final documentation, with minimal supervision. Must be able to assemble, schedule, manage and direct a production crew as needed for each individual project. Candidates should have competency in script writing and analysis and project management for Industrial, Professional and Corporate Video. Must have the ability to work independently and produce a rough-cut project for final finishing. This position is not benefits eligible.
