New Mexico PBS presents live coverage of the governor’s address. Online streaming begins at noon and the broadcast will begin when the governor starts her address. Following the speech, New Mexico in Focus host Gene Grant will lead analysis of the address with a panel of former Republican and Democratic state lawmakers.
