NMiF Producer Megan Kamerick continues her conversation with Lisa VeneKlasen, who was recently recognized by the mayor of Santa Fe for her work on human rights. VeneKlasen runs Just Associates (JASS), a global network of activists, educators and scholars who promote women’s rights, health and economic empowerment. She asks VeneKlasen about the areas that need more activism on women’s rights and if she is optimistic. VeneKlasen also talks about more men joining these efforts.
