Travel spectacular Glacier Country in northwest Montana and go fly fishing in Missoula and mountain biking in the nearby Rattlesnake Wilderness Area, see American Buffalo and other wildlife at the NPS’ National Bison Range, sail in a historic racing sloop on Flathead Lake, and take a traditional red bus tour of spectacular Glacier National Park.
Visit the historic lighthouses for which the Tybee Island is known, go on a nature boat tour to see some of the rarest birds in Georgia, learn about the local marine life by visiting the local aquarium, take an exciting dolphin tour, learn about the pirates that once plied these waters, survive a tropical storm, and go for a morning kayak.
Explore Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, and some of it’s surrounding attractions including the natural hot springs of the coastal city of Yilan and the mountain town of Wulai. Then, head down the west coast to Tainan and Kaohsiung. This entire trip coincides with the colorful Chinese New Year’s Lantern Festival, including the spectacular Beehive Festival in Yanshuei and the Water and Fire Dance Show in Kaohsiung.
Head up the east coast stopping to go paragliding in Saijia, hike in the wilds near Taitung, explore scenic Green Island, and see spectacular Taroko Gorge. This trip to coincides with the colorful Chinese New Year’s Lantern Festival celebration and includes the fascinating Bombing of the Deity Han Dan Festival in Taitung and the closing night of the Lantern Festival in Taipei.
