This week on NEW MEXICO IN FOCUS, producer Sarah Gustavus examines some interventions that have proven effective at helping parents address the needs of their children and keep them safe. KUNM 89.9 FM and KNME\/New Mexico PBS teamed up to report on efforts to reduce child abuse. Tune in to <a href=\"http:\/\/kunm.org\/#stream\/0\">KUNM<\/a> this week during Morning Edition and All Things Considered to hear public health reporter Marisa Demarco&#8217;s coverage on child abuse prevention.<\/p>\n<p>Producer Sarah Gustavus also goes to Highland High School this week, to learn how one school-based health clinic is partnering with other school staff to meet the needs of a diverse student population.
