After months of planning, setbacks and yet more planning, the entire NMPBS team is thrilled to unveil a new logo and overall look for New Mexico in Focus this week. You\u2019ll notice the difference right away as the show kicks off with new music and a new video opening. Throughout the episode, you\u2019ll see elements of an entirely new graphics package put together by Production Tech Jonah McDonald. He and the rest of our production crew have been an integral part of the rollout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know change is hard, and it’ll take some time to replace our old logo in your mind, but we’re hoping the more modern, colorful palette helps etch the new one into your grey matter fairly quickly. If not, don’t worry, we’re going to be making even more changes to the way we present the show over the coming months, including a new set. But we’re pacing ourselves, because no matter what color scheme or images pop into your brain when you think of New Mexico in Focus, our number one priority is bringing you thoughtful, thorough interviews and news stories about the systems and processes that impact your life every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, with that, get ready for a new look, a new sound and the same journalistic approach you won’t see anywhere else on New Mexico television. We hope you enjoy it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
