Also joining the discussion are State Sen. Tim Keller, D-Albuquerque, and Richard Anklam of the New Mexico Tax Research Institute.<\/p>\n<p>The Line opinion panel discusses a long-awaited report from the Department of Justice, which launched a civil rights investigation into the Albuquerque Police Department and whether APD engages in a pattern or practice of the use of excessive force, including unreasonable deadly force.<\/p>\n<p>The Line also looks at growing momentum by those who say they suffered health impacts from the first atomic bomb test to get congressional recognition and compensation.
