Bill Richardson years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Businesses&nbsp;have paid millions into the state\u2019s unemployment&nbsp;insurance&nbsp;fund, which was completely depleted during the pandemic. Now, a legislative report says the state\u2019s Workforce Solutions Department overpaid up to $250 million dollars in unemployment&nbsp;benefits. Even if it\u2019s a much lower number floated by the administration \u2013 around $105 million \u2013 it\u2019s a stunning amount.
