Native Americans have high rates of diabetes and obesity, which links to other health concerns like cancer and heart disease.  In this month\u2019s installment of NMiF\u2019s<\/i> \u201cReconnecting with a Healthy Lifestyle\u201d series, correspondent Antonia Gonzales visits communities in New Mexico and Arizona, on different areas of the vast Navajo Nation, to learn how some Native Americans are overcoming systemic challenges that affect their well-being.<\/p>\n

And NMiF<\/i> host Gene Grant and the Line opinion panelists take on some of the top news stories of the week, including the results of the Albuquerque Municipal Election held this week and reactions to the horrific massacre in Las Vegas, Nevada.<\/p>\n
