Improving Elections During COVID-19

July 10, 2020 – New Mexico made it unnecessarily hard for people to vote during the June primary, UNM political science professor Gabriel Sanchez wrote in a policy brief released a few weeks after the election. But there are steps the state can and should take to improve the situation, he tells correspondent Gwyneth Doland.
