The Line: Supreme Court Declines to Weigh in on Budget Battle

On Thursday morning the New Mexico Supreme Court declined to weigh in on the battle between Governor Susana Martinez and the legislature over her budget vetoes, which zeroed out funding for all of higher education and the legislature. The court ruled that there was still time for both sides to solve the problem on their own.  Governor Martinez has already called a special session for May 24th to deal with the vetoes and the final budget deal.  THE LINE panelists offer their immediate reactions to this latest development.
