The Line: Secretary Duran Faces New Charges

October 9, 2015 – The New Mexico Attorney General filed a a new charge of felony identity theft last week against Secretary of State Dianna Duran. She is accused of listing former state lawmaker Don Kidd as her campaign treasurer without his knowledge.

Duran was already charged with 64 counts, including embezzlement and fraud, related to the alleged misuse of campaign funds.
