The Line: Group Files Request To Disqualify PRC Members From Voting On San Juan Generating Station

October 9, 2015 – New Energy Economy, a Santa Fe-based advocacy group, filed a request with the state Supreme Court this week to disqualify four Public Regulation Commission members from voting on the future of the San Juan Generating Station.
