A new, fascinating and funny documentary, produced by PeaceJam co-founders Dawn Engle and Ivan Suvanjieff, 2012: TRUE MAYAN PROPHECY debunks the myths that have arisen around the Mayan calendar and 2012, and shares some real wisdom about what we should all be doing today to create a better future.
"The Mayans are getting more and more ticked off by all of the people who are using 'The Mayans say that the world is going to end in 2012' to rake in billions of dollars," says PeaceJam co-founder Engle, in an interview with Westword newspaper.
The Dalai Lama shares his concern that the current atmosphere of tension and fear is very dangerous for humanity.
The goal of the movie is to let the Maya speak for themselves, Engle said.
