New Mexico PBS at the University of New Mexico seeks candidates for a self-motivated Coordinator, Membership and Relations with strong organizational and customer service skills for its Membership Department.
Under general supervision, provides day-to-day coordination and administrative support of various membership and pledge drive related fundraising activities of the KNME New Mexico PBS Membership Department. Provides a range of general administrative and customer service assistance to the unit, and may work with donors, clients and volunteers as appropriate.
Prepares various correspondence and/or other types of contact with donors, clients and/or volunteers. Develops and maintains databases and files related to fundraising campaigns and on-air pledge drives and generates reports from these databases and files as needed. Prepares and tracks break and source codes associated with on-air pledge drives. As appropriate, processes contributions and/or accounts receivable; may receive, record, deposit, and track revenue and reconcile accounts. Participates in the preparation of development materials, including writing, editing, and design and coordinates marketing and public relations activities for the department. Is the primary P-Card holder for the department. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Develops and maintains web sites for a department, college, or program. Creates content, adapts existing content to a Web-friendly format, creates and maintains the logical structure of the content. Works with a variety of departments, colleges and others as appropriate. Experience in creating and developing web site graphic designs using a range of media, methods, and techniques. Coordinates the uploading and conversion of high definition video files for viewing on PBS Video and Passport applications. Fluent in developing and maintaining multiple simultaneous content management systems (primarily Bento and WordPress) for the web. Creates enhancements and modifications to New Mexico PBS web sites; organizes and maintains all sites. Experience in maintaining web sites that are accessible from a variety of different environments and platforms. Fluent in WordPress, Tweetdeck, Adobe Creative Suite, Youtube, Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media sites.
